He answered, “I do not know whether he is a sinner.

One thing I do know, that though I was blind, now I see.”

John [9:25]

SEEING LIFE IN A DIFFERENT WAY

When we first desire a new way and hope for a change in our life, we become open to receiving Jesus. We see Jesus and he calls to us. When we accept both our desire for a change and his calling, we become filled with his light. We are then powerfully changed. The things we seek and think change. We move from being spiritually blind to gaining our sight. Our desires and hope change into a faith-led life. By his presence, every new thought is pointed differently. Our lives become vibrantly colored. Our passion for life is heightened, and our very being is lighter. We are filled with joy through this new sight, and that which seemed dreary, now seems joyful.

Points of Reflection

  • How have we felt Jesus calling us and how often?
  • What are we searching for, hoping for, and seeking from life?
  • How does Jesus change us?

Blessings, until next time,
